All payment made is not refundable unless appointment is cancelled within 14 days before the day of the grooming or boarding.

All customers will have to agree on the written rules and conditions set by Marlo and Friends in order to use any of Marlo's services. All house rules are written in the policy here and customers will have to sign and agree to the set terms prior to handing over their pets to Marlo. (The documents will be handed over at the site.)

Marlo takes extra cautionary steps before taking in any cats in order to protect the well-being of other cats that are residing in Marlo. Due to this, any cats that are not yet vaccinated and have chronic health issues are not allowed to reside at Marlo.
