Service Description

Conditioner Final Step : Blow Dry * Pre-Grooming Ear Cleaning, Nail Clipping, Eye Cleaning, Hair Brushing, Paw Trimming (for long hair only) TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Cats must be registered as Friend of Marlo by completing the registration form and accepted by the management of “Marlo and Friends Petshop”. 2. Cats must be vaccinated accordingly. In order to mitigate infection and to secure cats’ healthy environment in the boarding and grooming area, we have the right not to accept cats which we foresee may trigger damaging risk to other cats. 3. Owner of the cat/cats must agree to the terms and condition by signing the Declaration and Undertaking Form. 4. Cat’s owner to book grooming session at least 24 hours before the intended grooming session. 5. Cat’s owner to collect their cat/s before 6 PM on the date of the grooming session after receiving confirmation from “Marlo and Friends Petshop” that their cat/s are ready for collection. Failing which, Boarding charges per night is automatically imposed. Additional Notes: Marlo and Friends has the right not to accept cats with high temperament level, having flea or severe fungus issues for boarding and grooming for the benefit of other cats. It is advisable to get treatment 7 days before the boarding and grooming session.
